After mixing a high quality grout in one of the AD grout plants, the grout must be conveyed and placed. This sometimes requires EXTREME PUMPING. From accurate measuring for two part mixes, post grouting anchors or conveying grout long distances. Atlantic Drill supplies a variety of Colcrete high pressure ram and piston pumps to fit the job. With flows up to 12M3/Hr (52.8 GPM) and pressures to100 bar (1450 PSI) the Mocol double acting Piston pumps are ideal for the most extreme pumping projects. Minicol and Midicol ram pumps cover the lower flow rates. Ranging from 1.5 M3/Hr (6.6 GPM) to 6.0 M3/Hr (26.4 GPM) flow and pressures from10 bar (145PSI) to 100 bar (1450 PSI) these pumps offer great flexibility and can be supplied for vertical or horizontal mounting. They can be supplied in single acting, double acting and tandem configurations. The quick release valves can be easily cleaned and maintained.
